Despite being located in a busy area, we weren't disturbed by any noise. the bar downstairs provided delicious food and the receptionist, Jennifer, was welcoming and accommodating. the location was perfect for us, as it was close to the ferry port in Bilbao and had direct access to the motorway system. El Haya ticked all our boxes and we would definitely stay again. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.
